RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is based on the regulations of consumer protection laws in Qatar.  Refunds and exchanges are valid within (7) days of purchase that are unopened or in the same condition when it was purchased. The products with manufacturing defects within the warranty period must follow the Warranty policies.

The policy of exchanging or returning in case of no defective in the product must observe the following conditions: 

  1. Possibility of exchanging or returning the product within a specified period (7) days.
  2. The purchase invoice must provide by the customer and include in what has been purchased.
  3. The product must be in the same condition it was when purchased that allows the Company to resell it again.

All returns are subject to inspection by our authorized service centers; original packaging, sealed, and all of its content including accessories, manuals, and gifts with purchase. Incomplete or physical damaged returns are not accepted and no exceptions. Returns for refund will be processed back as cheque payment less cost of shipping and handling charges if applicable. Selected products may need manufacturer verification on defects before processing the return.

It is recommended that you check the following list before applying for replacement:

Returning an In-Store or Online Purchase:
You may return products at the store where our customer service (Authorized Service Centers) are available. Please check the details of our store’s locations or contact our customer service agent for assistance.

 

Product Warranty (Authorized Warranty):

  • It is important to check our warranty stickers (Intertec/Tradetec/Celltec) to ensure the Genuine Products and avail the Authorized Manufacturer Warranty.
  • Free Maintenance service of the handset: Within 1 year from the date of purchase, if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the device, you could enjoy the free maintenance services. The product warranty starting date is subject to the Proof of Purchase (POP)
  • Free Maintenance service of accessories: The accessories with the device can be repaired free of charge, and the warranty period is as follows.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
The duration Warranty will be governed by local warranty laws of country sale. Warranty will be applicable in Qatar. The validity of the warranty will be subject to the Intertec Warranty Management system.

The warranty does not cover any defect arising due to the misuse of the unit, humidity or liquid ingress, physical damage or external or internal breakage, or scratching or normal wear and tear. Electrical hazards due to connecting high voltage and the wrong power supply will not be cover treated as non-warranty.

The warranty shall be void if the units were altered or repaired, or if modifications were made to software or hardware by a party other than our authorized service center, or warranty seal on the unit is broken.

Damaged caused to the unit, by accidents, lightning or any other force majeure will not cover under warranty.

Damage of the device or battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of the core outlined in the product user manual. Warranty is void if a defect arises due to the use of chargers other than those approved by the Manufacturer.

Warranty is void if a defect arises as a result of any failure to follow instructions either in manual or product specifications.

Under no circumstances or conditions shall the warranty exceed the value of the purchased unit and the warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential or losses in whatever type or form they were.

No responsibility of loss can be claimed if the unit is not collected within 90 days from the date of receipt and the company shall reserve the legal right to dispose of the uncollected sets after three months.

We use your personal information to keep you posted on the progress status of your order, or to receive your feedback for quality assurance purposes, and to make you aware of upcoming products and promotional activity being conducted by Intertec that may be of interest to you.

DISCLAIMER: Intertec shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data in products that are either repaired or replaced.

The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. Intertec reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option. Exchange units assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
