How do I place an order?

On the website, click the product you want to purchase. Select the color variant that you are interested in buying and rolling up for the quantity requirement for the particular product.  Then add to the cart. (You can add the number of items to the cart) Once products are added, click “Your Cart’ on the top right corner. Then go to view cart. Press ‘’proceed to check out’’ button. If you are a registered customer, please log in with username & password in the section of “Click here to login (Returning Customer).” Next, fill all required details in the fields and click the preferred payment mode (Cash on delivery/Credit Card) and place the order.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes, it is not mandatory to register in placing an order on the website. We encourage our customers to have an account as it facilitates the customer to track the order details & purchase history, Stored Customer Details & Shipping Details, and keep the customer updated on New Product Arrivals & Offers.

How do I get my order details?

Once the order is placed, you will get an order confirmation mail to your email address with the product details of the order along with shipping details. Further, you can access your Intertec Ecommerce Account at any time using user name and password and access to all your purchase details along with purchase history.

Order Cancellation?

We encourage our customers to make the right product decision before the order placement. In the event of order cancellation, Customers are required to cancel their orders through email (Replying to ) or informing us 5046 8142 on a call/SMS before the product delivery. Payment refund for the Credit Card Customers will be done within 21 working days from the date of order cancellation.

How long will it take for the delivery? Any Payment for Delivery?

Due to the current volume of online orders, Product Delivery will be done within two working days from the date of order placement. Further, customers are exempted from delivery charges currently, and the delivery to any part of Doha is free of charge.
